If you happen to get a Kernel32.dll error message on your
computer your best bet to get rid of it totally is to clean slate your
computer. Meaning that you format the Hard Drive and reinstall the software that
was given to you by your product vendor. If you do not have the software given
to you by your product vendor ask someone else that has the same software as
you to reinstall the software for you. There is not really a fix for that type
of error. According to Microsoft Corp. you need to format the hard drive and
start from scratch. If that where to occur make sure that you back up
everything that you have on your computer or call your system administrator to
back up your hard drive. Usually they can do that in a day.
This error is caused usually by either a piece of software
that is not compatible with the system, or a piece of hardware that is not
compatible or just causing problems. If the kernell32.dll error message has
attached to it a message saying that there was an error caused in Explorer then
most likely the problem lies in the Operating System.
To fix this problem contact your system administrator to come
and do a backup and clean slate of your computer for you. DO NOT attempt to do
it yourself if you haven’t had the training for it.
