Adaptec DirectCD Wizard 3.04_D10 troubleshooting solution Manual

Note: This constructed manual will only tell you how to fix the bellow problem in Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.

Problem One

As shown in diagram 1:1 the problem with the Adaptec Easy CD Creator is that there is no supported CD-R/CD-RW drive! The software that is not supported along with the drive brings upon technically this problem. In a simpler way of putting it the drive cannot be read correctly by the software and is forming a block between the software that is installed and the designated drive that is installed on the system. Part of the problem also is the compatibility of the OS (Operating System) that is not made to be compatible with the drive.

Diagram 1:1

As you can see the area near the Properties push button and the Media Status bar are both blank. In such incidents the properties feature is blocked as well from usage. In so doing the individual experiencing this problem cannot select his or her drive letter.

The other part of the problem is that not all the software was installed onto the system. As you can see the Quick Reference Guide is not installed on the system.
